Job Summary
Registered Nurse/Team Lead in the Emergency Department on the night shift provides direct patient care as an experienced practitioner, serves as charge nurse, and acts as preceptor. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating nursing personnel during orientation, and assisting in planning, evaluating, and revising staff development orientation plans. This is a full-time position (0.9 FTE / 72 hours biweekly) on the night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with every fourth weekend, including one major, one minor, and one split holiday, and with eligibility for shift differential.
