Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for obtaining patient consent, documenting health history, vital signs, and health risk factors; administering prescribed treatments and medications; monitoring patient progress; delegating within the Nurse Practice Act; consulting with physicians and other health providers; educating patients and families about health status, maintenance, and management of conditions; documenting assessment data in medical records; participating in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes; and adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and clinic policies; requires an RN license and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state registered nurse license
- Current CPR certificate
- Professional RN degree from an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Minimum one year of professional nursing experience
- Clinic experience preferred
