Job Summary
Provide in-home IV infusion nursing care in the North Palm Springs area, including access and care for ports, PIVs, and PICC lines; administer IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG; monitor patients during infusions; educate patients and families on IV therapy and infection prevention; complete documentation and follow physician orders and safety protocols; roles require active CA RN license with IV infusion experience and ability to work independently in patients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- IV infusion experience required (home care experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Current BLS/CPR
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
