Job Summary
Provide compassionate, person-centred nursing for residents in aged care as part of a supportive team at St Vincent’s Care Services Carina. Key duties include delivering high-quality clinical care, collaborating with professionals to meet health and clinical needs, maintaining accurate records (AutumnCare or similar software), following care plans, upholding resident rights and responsibilities, and contributing to a positive work-life balance. Essential qualifications include Nursing Registration with AHPRA and 2+ years’ nursing experience in residential aged care (experience with leadership, customer service, and communication skills is highly regarded). Additional checks may include NCCHC and NDIS Worker Screening. The role is based in Queensland, Australia with a focus on consistent rosters and opportunities for career development within a large not-for-profit health and aged care provider.
