Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on surgical wards by performing comprehensive clinical assessments and managing complex recovery pathways tailored to specialties like orthopaedics, urology, neurosurgery, and colorectal. Support pre and post operative patients across multiple units including short-stay, plastics, and neurosurgical wards. Maintain safety and promote rehabilitation in a collaborative environment while navigating fast-paced ward turnover. Requires current AHPRA registration and minimum one year post-graduate acute surgical experience. Full-time and part-time positions available with a flexible 24/7 rotating roster.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year's post graduate experience in acute surgical nursing
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
