Registered Nurse-Surgical Stepdown-Nights

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume responsibility for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care, contributing positively to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with rotating weekends.
