Registered Nurse-Surgical Stepdown-Nights

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume full responsibility and accountability for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care while positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high quality patient experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with rotating weekends. This Registered Nurse-Surgical Stepdown-Nights role is based at Evanston Hospital within Endeavor Health's integrated healthcare delivery system, which serves over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
