Registered Nurse - Surgical Step Down Unit

Registered Nurse in the Surgical Step Down Unit within the Critical Care - Surgical Step Down department, providing high-quality, patient-centered clinical care. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, documenting and communicating with the interdisciplinary team, developing individualized plans of care, ensuring safety and compliance with policies, updating documentation as plans evolve, and contributing to nursing research activities (CRU) with mandated CEUs.
