Registered Nurse (Surgical Recovery) - Part time, Days - Mercy Jefferson

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for adult surgical patients requiring post-operative recovery on the surgical floor. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients while coordinating care with other departments and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of information are upheld consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Schedule is 24 hours per week, days. This role supports comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for patients undergoing general surgery, bariatric procedures, total joint replacement, fracture repair, and urological interventions.
