Registered Nurse in Surgical PCU (Nights) coordinates nursing care across the continuum, providing direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Practices according to Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and ANA Scope and Standards, with leadership activities including preceptorship, formal/informal leadership, and quality improvement. Delegates care based on skill, experience, patient acuity, resources, and fiscal accountability; excels in communication, mentoring, and teaching, and may participate on committees or projects. May drive personal vehicle as part of role.
Required Qualifications
