Registered Nurse - Surgical Observation

Evaluate, treat, and guide patients through critical care decisions in a 13-bed Surgical Observation Unit with 8–24 hour stays. Coordinate care, communicate results, and ensure a seamless patient experience while working closely with physicians, families, and the care team. Apply strong critical thinking, assessment, and time management skills to determine the next step for a wide variety of diagnoses. Requires an active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license.
