Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care by performing physical, social, and psychological assessments while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Direct care delivery through delegation and coordination, managing priorities, supplies, and resources to ensure timely interventions. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and provide education and referrals. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and promote the nursing profession. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45-$57.29 hourly at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
