Registered Nurse Surgical

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, then direct care delivery through delegation and resource coordination. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and BSN degree, with a focus on manual dexterity, patient transfer, and navigating busy clinical environments.
