Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Direct the interdisciplinary team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient delivery. Provide or delegate care consistent with the plan of care, guidelines, and licensure provisions. Evaluate patient response to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Promote the nursing profession, integrate legal and ethical standards, and comply with regulatory requirements. Requires current state license, BLS certification, and BSN within four years. Located at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with 36 weekly hours and an hourly range of $37.45 to $57.29.
