Registered Nurse Surgical

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate delivery. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and provide accurate documentation. Collaborate with physicians, families, and support staff to develop individualized plans including education and referrals. Maintain legal and ethical standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure timely communication with patients and providers.
