Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while setting priorities to manage time, supplies, and resources effectively. Provide accurate and timely documentation, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and collaborate with physicians, families, and other health team members to develop individualized care plans. Required Qualifications
