Registered Nurse – Surgical Intensive Care Unit – PT Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medication and IVs while creating a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care and educate patients on their condition. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Adhere to hospital standards for policies, procedures, and nursing care while taking initiative for professional growth. Work rotating PT nights with 24-hour coverage, reporting to work in inclement weather.
