• Registered Nurse – Surgical Intensive Care Unit – PT

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Supervise assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers while adhering to hospital policies and confidential material protocols. This role is part of a Magnet-designated hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties.
