Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Part-Time - RN

Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care within the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients while delegating tasks based on skill level, experience, patient acuity, and resource availability. Provide leadership through preceptor roles, informal and formal leadership activities, and quality improvement efforts. Possess excellent communication skills for mentoring and teaching; may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship and requires state licensure and completion of the Visa Screen or equivalent certification.
