Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Part-Time Nights - RN

Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care while delegating tasks based on skill level, experience, and patient acuity. Provide leadership through preceptor roles, informal and formal leadership activities, and quality improvement efforts. Possess excellent communication skills for mentoring and teaching; may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as part of the responsibility of their role.
