Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Nights

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process. Administer medications and IVs safely while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care, ensure accurate patient information communication, and supervise assigned team members. Maintain complete, timely written documentation and adhere to hospital standards for a cooperative work environment. Work rotating nights for 36 hours, requiring a BSN, Texas RN license, and 12 months of RN experience.
