Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care - FT Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in a rotating night shift environment. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients and families. Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure age-appropriate care and complete, accurate patient communication. Assume responsibility for patient education processes and evaluate understanding of informational needs. Utilize the nursing process to ensure quality care throughout the episode of care while adhering to hospital standards and policies.
