Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care - FT Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and IVs safely while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, families, and coworkers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure age-appropriate care and communicate clearly regarding patient information and educational needs. Supervise assigned team members and take initiative for professional growth within a Magnet-designated hospital. Work rotating nights with 36 hours per week.
