Registered Nurse-Surgical Inpatient Part Time Nights

Assess all assigned patients, document comprehensive evaluations, and communicate condition changes promptly. Prioritize patient needs, identify nursing diagnoses, and modify care plans to set measurable goals. Collaborate with families and the care team on discharge planning, referrals, and education using teach-back methods. Administer medications safely via bar coding, round hourly, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Lead patient care when assigned, direct support techs, and participate in unit huddles and quality initiatives. Obtain BSN certification within three years if starting with an ADN.
