Job Summary
Provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from orthopedic, trauma, vascular, spine, and chest tube surgeries on the Surgical II – Ortho/Trauma unit. Manage care for patients with external fixators and multi-system injuries, applying expertise unique to post-operative nursing and post-operative patient management. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current North Carolina nursing license (or Multi-State/Compact). One year of relevant experience is preferred.
