Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, performing all duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Full-time employment offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with at least one year of experience. Requires current RN licensure and AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- American Heart Association ACLS certification
