Job Summary
Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives while planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Maintain program documentation to support regulatory and compliance regulations, assist with staff training and learning program development, and collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes. Collaborate with others to address problem identification, cost containment, new service implementation, and systems performance measures, while participating in injury prevention initiatives and maintaining constant alertness. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, three years of registered nurse experience, and current BLS HCP certification. - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Three years' registered nurse experience
- Resuscitation Certification Requirement: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP)
