Registered Nurse - Surgery Program Coordinator

Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives. Plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate appropriate patient care while maintaining documentation to support regulatory and compliance regulations. Assist with determining staff training and developing learning programs. Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes and assist with problem identification, cost containment, and systems performance measures. Participate in injury prevention initiatives and maintain a constant state of alertness and safety. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and three years of registered nurse experience. Full-time day shift schedule with 32 weekly hours.
