Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to patients in a surgical setting, develop and implement a nursing plan of care, and educate patients and families. Coordinate with physicians and clinic staff to communicate test results, scheduling, medications, and patient education; document treatment in medical records; triage patient concerns by telephone; assist with home health care forms, referrals, and insurance-related forms; help maintain patient flow and confidentiality; participate in clinical trials if required; collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, efficient service.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
