Registered Nurse - Surgery Center

Job Summary
Provide patient care as part of a surgery-center nursing team. Utilize the nursing process, coordinate care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold Mercy mission and standards. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure, BLS (and other certifications as required such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPHON, OCN, and specialty certifications). Highlights include providing professional nursing care, contributing to evaluation of care effectiveness, and supporting a collaborative, values-driven work environment. Located in Fort Smith, AR, with Mercy benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement plans for eligible staff working 32+ hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
- ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required by position/unit
