Job Summary
Monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care elements while directly supervising nursing staff on assigned shifts. Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift and provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed. Ensure all duties align with local, state, and federal guidelines. Work part-time shifts every other weekend or Sunday. Requires a current New Jersey RN license and at least one year of long-term care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred
- Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
