Job Summary
Supervise and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional care while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations. Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing staff and collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality outcomes. Requires an active RN license in PA and at least six months of skilled nursing facility experience, plus leadership or supervisory experience. Full-time or part-time shifts available across all hours with premium differentials. Located in a 120-bed facility in Northeast Philadelphia where nurses report above-average staffing ratios and stable leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License in PA
- Prior experience of six (6) months providing care in a SNF
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care
- Mandatory Influenza Vaccine
