Registered Nurse Supervisor RN

Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure excellent resident care delivery. Develop and implement nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team while monitoring resident health and coordinating with healthcare providers. Conduct regular staff performance assessments, provide feedback and coaching, and serve as a liaison between residents, families, and providers. Requires a valid Alabama RN license, CPR certification, and minimum two years in long-term care. Weekend shift from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Alabama
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or a related setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
