Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff as RN Supervisor, develop and adjust resident care plans, ensure adherence to federal/state regulatory standards and company policies, collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to plan and maintain resident care, complete admission and discharge assessments, oversee and audit changes to care plans, and address family concerns to support high-quality care and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
- Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
