Job Summary
RN Supervisor leads clinical operations on the assigned shift, ensuring efficient, compliant delivery of nursing care and positive outcomes. Responsibilities include directing nursing unit activities, mentoring staff, coordinating with other departments, participating in staff recruitment and orientation, and maintaining 24/7 safe nursing care with goals to minimize overtime and agency usage. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure; BSN preferred. Weekend scheduling includes 12-hour day shifts with options for Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday, at Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Required Qualifications
