Registered Nurse Supervisor Medical

Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements. Provide support to residents and families to establish a compassionate environment. Answer questions and requests while monitoring confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. This role requires a valid RN license and minimum three years of Long-Term Care experience. Based at an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility in Queensbury, NY, the team utilizes a collaborative approach to develop unique plans of care for short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents.
