Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families. This role requires a valid RN license and minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
