Registered Nurse Supervisor

Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on weekend shifts, administering treatments, managing medications, and responding to emergency calls. Round the facility to ensure safe, clean environments and proper care is rendered, while maintaining accurate documentation of all interventions. Give and receive shift reports, keep physicians and families informed of resident condition changes, and assist in developing comprehensive care plans. Accompany physicians during rounds and encourage restorative care to maximize resident independence. Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care, maintaining resident dignity and safety. Provide part-time weekend coverage with a starting rate of $40-45/hr plus a $6/hr shift differential.
