Job Summary
Registered Nurse Supervisor responsible for directing day-to-day nursing functions of LPNs, MACs, and CNAs on designated units, ensuring care is provided per resident care plans and facility policies. Responsibilities include resident assessments and care planning, administering medications and treatments, documenting resident responses, coordinating with physicians and staff, performing rounds, transcribing orders, and reporting discrepancies. Requires RN licensure in Alabama and CPR certification; supervision and coordination with nursing staff and adherence to policies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Alabama
- Current CPR certification
