Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift, supporting nursing staff and ensuring safe, effective resident care. Act as the clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making while ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Communicate shift updates and concerns to leadership. Requires an active RN license in good standing, with supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred. Long-term care experience is strongly preferred. Join Foremost at Sharon, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, for a 32-hour week with every other weekends.
