Registered Nurse Supervisor - Alerts

RN Supervisor (Alerts) to lead the daily operations, clinical quality, and workflow performance of a remote team of nurses handling real-time patient alerts from remote monitoring programs. Build and maintain a high-volume, queue-based triage environment with strong emphasis on speed, clinical accuracy, and consistency. Provide coaching, performance management, and escalation pathways; collaborate with clinical leadership on staffing, workflow optimization, and ongoing clinical education. Contribute to patient care as needed and support hiring/onboarding initiatives. Must be comfortable with AI-assisted clinical tools (e.g., Gemini, Open Evidence). Salary range $80,000–$100,000 annually. This role is fully remote and based in the United States.
