Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for direct guest/resident care and supervision of licensed and non-licensed team members in a skilled nursing center. Leads and participates in Care Planning, medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance while supporting the Sunrise Mission to champion quality of life for seniors. Essential duties include clinical care, case management, care planning participation, medication administration, incident reporting, PIR documentation, rounds, interdisciplinary communication, infection control, restorative programs, and collaboration with physicians and the DNS. Requires supervisory/management experience, ability to handle multiple priorities, strong communication, and computer proficiency. Weekend/evening availability and flexibility are required.
