Registered Nurse

Conduct high-quality individualized direct patient care, triage phone calls, and troubleshoot medication management issues. Accurately collect clinical data, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and document all interventions in patient records. Develop care plans in consultation with treating physicians, coordinate services for patients with communication barriers, and maintain infection control standards. Provide in-service education to the interdisciplinary team, participate in quality assurance activities, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing with current NY State licensure, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills. Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule.
