Registered Nurse

Collect clinical data on patients, administer medications and treatments, and develop care plans in consultation with the treating physician. Triage patient phone calls, troubleshoot medication management issues, and manage appointments while ensuring accurate documentation in patient medical records. Maintain infection control precautions and coordinate services such as sign language interpreters for patients with language or hearing barriers. Participate in Quality Assurance activities, provide in-service education to the interdisciplinary team, and complete mandatory training programs. Perform all related duties as assigned by management in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
