Conduct high-quality individualized direct patient care while supervising auxiliary personnel. Accurately collect clinical data, triage phone calls, and troubleshoot medication management issues. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, maintaining infection control and proper documentation. Develop care plans, prioritize patient needs, and coordinate services for effective communication with providers. Provide in-service education to the interdisciplinary team and participate in quality assurance activities. Ensure timely care delivery and facilitate referrals within the department.
