Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Stepdown RN on night shift using the nursing process; coordinate patient care with other departments; uphold patient rights and confidentiality; evaluate the effectiveness of care with direct care givers; remaining accountable for nursing duties and staying informed on standards of practice. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license or compact licensure in hiring state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
