Registered Nurse - Stepdown (3400) Nights

Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the stepdown unit, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality of information are upheld. Obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state or compact licensure area, and secure required certifications including ACLS and BLS within 90 days of hire. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for nurses with at least one year of experience, with no contract required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period
- Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire
