Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care as the primary nurse on the Step Down IMCU unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and applying the nursing process and hospital standards. 0.9 FTE (72 hours biweekly) with day and night shifts (1900-0700 and 0700-1900) and every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. May require specialized unit skills depending on assignment. Sign-on bonus eligible; shift and weekend differential pay eligible.
