Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams; monitor health status and respond to changes; provide clinical oversight to LPNs/LVNs and support staff; train staff and individuals on health topics; ensure accurate documentation and medication management; coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and community partners; participate in care reviews, team meetings, and service planning; support compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification
