Job Summary
Provide leadership to facilitate professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. Implement medically prescribed interventions. Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and hold a BLS Healthcare Provider certificate. Requires one year of L&D nursing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program. Eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
- Must have and maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license
- BLS Healthcare Provider
- Must have one year of L&D nursing experience
